I was going to witness my first F1 race and that was exciting, yes! But let me be honest, I didn’t really know much about the F1 other than the loud cars that seemed to be going round and round. Yes, I know. You’re probably wondering why I even went in the first place. The answer to that and everything else: Jon Bon Jovi. It was a dream come true for me to watch him and the band live and when I had the chance to get tickets to the Grand Prix, I knew I just had to try. Everything else was a whirlwind, those tickets was the best thing that happened to me. The event got done over a span of three days with great artists performing at the end of every day and time flew so fast. The first day was the Practice round after which Pharrell Williams performed, which made me very happy! Pun intended.
The next day was the Qualifying round which was intense, for the lack of a better adjective, after which, one of my other favorite bands ; Maroon 5 played. Let’s just say Adam Levine being divine is the biggest understatement ever. The last day was the best , both for me and Sebastian Vettel. While he won the Singapore Grand Prix 2015, I got to see my favorite artists “LIVE”. It was a magical night! I was surrounded by strangers and still managed to have so much fun. For a person who knew hardly anything about Formula One, I had a ball. From the races to the artists everything was so overwhelming. Singapore was beautiful, travelling and doing everything alone was indeed such a great experience for which I am thankful. Always.
